Process Builder

Save time and money by automating the hiring process. After building your role, we’ll distribute it and pre-screen qualified candidates. Then we will handle the initial HR screen based on your criteria. We use connected calendars and flexibile timed video interviews to truncate the time to hire.

Quarterly candidate surveys on job satisfaction provide great insights on Company culture. Know your talent development needs by comparing roles to those of similar industry experience. Understand what compensation levels are required for equitable pay.

Dedicated Account Manager

For Company subscriptions, a dedicated Account Manager is assigned to help you build roles and processes. When roles don’t yet exist, your Account Manager can help create the role and source new candidates through our site.

Create a Company Profile

  • Claim your Company’s profile page to conduct basic searches. Know how many industry-qualified Candidates are in our talent pool. Provide salary ranges for your team to receive aggregated insights by market and discipline.

  • Must be a Corporate Employee that functions in Human Resources or similar senior level position. Must provide salary data to receive salary data. Annual updates required.

  • Quickly build full-time roles using our structured modules. Export the job description for use in third-party tools, as needed.

  • Drag and drop the elements of your hiring process into a Candidate journey for automation. Let us do the heavy lifting to source highly qualified, industry-experienced Candidates.

  • Must have a validated Company profile. Role Builder is required for search and salary insights; Process Builder is optional.

  • FEES PER ROLE:
    $499 | non-refundable deposit
    +10% | of Candidate’s Comp (Y1)
    *pay % only upon hire

    FEE SCHEDULE:
    - 50% After 90 Days | non-refundable
    - 50% After 180 Days | non-refundable

    $5K-$20K per month
